Terms of Service

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. You're responsible for your account, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current.

The Service provides interactive learning content, in-browser code execution, assessments, credentials, and related features. Tier 0 (Foundations) is free; higher tiers require a paid subscription. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

Paid tiers are sold as recurring subscriptions, billed monthly or annually in advance through our payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing you authorize us (via Stripe) to charge your payment method the then-current price plus any taxes on each renewal until you cancel. Prices may change; we'll give notice before a change affects you, and changes take effect on your next renewal.

You can cancel anytime from the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep access until then. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial periods.

You agree not to:

• share, resell, or provide unauthorized access to paid content or your account;
• scrape, copy, or redistribute the content except as expressly permitted;
• attempt to bypass the in-browser sandbox, abuse the AI tutor, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure;
• use the Service to violate any law or infringe anyone's rights.

The Service, including its curriculum, code, labs, diagrams, and branding, is owned by University of Agentic AI and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the content you're entitled to, for your own learning. Code you write in the sandbox is yours.

Credentials you earn attest that you passed a given assessment at a point in time. They are publicly verifiable via their link. We may revoke a credential issued in error or obtained through a violation of these Terms.

We rely on third parties to run the Service, including Supabase (database, auth), Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting), and an AI provider that powers the tutor. Your use may be subject to their terms. Some learning engines load from public CDNs.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the content guarantees any particular career outcome.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, University of Agentic AI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless University of Agentic AI from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

You may stop using the Service anytime. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service. On termination, your license ends; sections that by their nature should survive (IP, disclaimers, liability) survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Courts located there have exclusive jurisdiction, except where applicable consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.

We may update these Terms; we'll post the new version with a revised “last updated” date and, for material changes, provide additional notice. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
