Privacy Policy

• Account — your email and display name when you sign up (including via Google sign-in).
• Learning data — progress, streaks, assessment scores, credentials, code you run in the sandbox, and AI-tutor messages.
• Billing — handled by Stripe. We store your subscription status and customer/subscription IDs; we never see or store your full card number.
• Product analytics — lightweight events (e.g. lessons opened, code run) tied to your account, to measure and improve the learning experience.
• Messages — anything you send via the contact form.

• provide, personalize, and improve the Service (including adaptive recommendations);
• process subscriptions and prevent fraud/abuse (rate limits, budgets);
• issue and verify credentials;
• respond to you and provide support;
• measure outcomes (retention, completion) in aggregate.

Where the GDPR applies, we process data to perform our contract with you (provide the Service), for our legitimate interests (improving and securing the Service), to comply with law, and with your consent where required.

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with processors that run the Service:

• Supabase — database, authentication, and serverless functions;
• Stripe — payment processing;
• Vercel — hosting and content delivery;
• our AI provider — to generate tutor responses from your prompts.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect rights and safety.

We use cookies/local storage for essential things: keeping you signed in, remembering your theme and language, and caching your progress so the app works offline. We don't run third-party advertising trackers.

Depending on where you live (including the EEA/UK under GDPR and California under the CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can edit your profile and delete your account from account settings, or email contact@universityofagenticai.com. California residents may exercise their rights without discrimination.

We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data, except where we must retain limited records (e.g. billing) to comply with law.

Access to your data is protected by row-level security (you can only read your own rows), encrypted connections, and scoped server-side functions for privileged actions. No system is perfectly secure, but we design the boundary so that the database — not the client — is the gate.

We're based in the United States and our providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where required, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as the Standard Contractual Clauses.

The Service isn't directed to children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we'll remove it.
